Mary-Lou studied for a Degree in Photography at the prestigious London College of Printing. After graduation, she worked in London as a Fashion and Beauty Photographer for many Womens, Teen and Periodical magazines, shooting editorial spreads and covers.

She moved away from Photography into the Film Industry working on many award winning Commercials and Pop Videos in Studios and locations around the world.

Work took a backseat with the arrival of her three children, but she has now returned to her first love, photography.

She lives with her husband and children in Berkshire.
